Tea or coffee

One of the questions we ask ourselves each day in the morning is should I drink tea or coffee? The answer forces us to make a hard decision, especially when is a habit start the day with a cup coffee, and continue with drinking it all day long. The answer of a hard decision of whether is better for you, and what health benefits we have from them according to their ingredients.

One of the most common drinks in the morning is coffee. Somehow we ask coffee to wake us with energy to keep going at work, and during the day to finish a hard day. On the other hand tea helps us to relax, clear our thoughts and we get healthy benefits from it.

Balancing health benefits from teas and coffee can give us good results. For example it’s unbelievable how a simple bag of tea with natural leaves helps our body to prevent diseases such as Alzheimer’s, strokes, blood pressure, heart attack, leukemia hypertension and cancer. The more tea you drink, more benefits you get and it does not alter your metabolism. In contrast with coffee, the more you drink, more bad symptoms you have, like anxiety, sleeplessness, headaches and abnormal heart pressure.

The difference in the ingredients that characterize tea, and coffee are the antioxidants and caffeine. The natural ingredients and antioxidants of tea, combined with vegetables and fruits, between all the different tea flavors provide a difference in the benefits to your body. Green tea for example may help you to reduce risks of leukemia, and a tea that contains fluoride can helps your teeth and bad breath. Unlike caffeine, the ingredient of coffee gives bad breath and some times bad acne, besides not helping to our hormones. Also some coffee is artificially flavored from wine products. Coffee can be stronger like Colombian or African, depends it is origin.

Finally the happiest solution is to have one or two cups of coffee in the morning, and keep drinking tea for the rest of the day.
